The Bridge School, Islington, London.
Appeal for specialist communication aids.
The Bridge School, Islington is a community special school for pupils, aged 2-19 years with severe, and profound and multiple learning difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Disorders. Most children have language delay and some are non-verbal communicators. The school needs 22 specialist switches, which will enable children to communicate by sensory means and simply do not have the funds in their budget. We have allocated just over £2,500 to ensure that the children get these important communication aids.
