Grace F - Birmingham

Grace is 11 years old, a pretty blue-eyed blonde and life is anything but simple for her. Let's just say she needs a special pushchair with padding to prevent injury when she throws herself about as her condition causes her to do. It must be solid, untippable, with trunk support, harness and lap belt, all tailor made and secure.

Such a chair costs almost £1,200. More than local services can afford.

Parents were at their wits' end so Lifeline 4 Kids stepped in to help with funding.
