Jack C.

Jack is 4 years old and was born prematurely at 27 weeks suffering lack of oxygen to the brain at birth. This has left Jack with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and some visual impairment. Jack can't walk, sit or support himself and is fed via gastronomy. He needs a special profiling cot bed costing £2,685. Coordinating with the family and other local charities the funds have now been raised to ensure that Jack gets his very special bed.
