Proud to be associated with icandance......

icandance is a charity based in Northwest London, providing dance opportunities for children and disabled young people to access early mainstream dance classes and caters for those with social, emotional, physical and cognitive disabilities. The charity also provides a special "wheelchair dance group" and all the programmes created help disabled users in so many ways.

Lifeline 4 Kids Committee members were delighted to visit one of the icandance group sessions and were overwhelmed by the sheer joy experienced by the children.

We certainly endorse the icandance belief "that everyone regardless of disability through dance can access their own creativity which will enhance their confidence and emotional well being".

Lifeline 4 Kids bought them a much needed portable wheelchair hoist together with a host of musical instruments, music and dance props.

icandance Chairman writes to say.... " On behalf of all the Trustees, staff, children and their families we thank you for your recent donation of special equipment to icandance. We appreciate your willingness and generosity in supporting our work. Your donation will help us to continue to support the children and young people with varying disabilities to be able to access dance and experience the joy of performing" ......

We say a big "thank you" to icandance for giving these children this unique opportunity to become creative and expressive independently to boost their self-confidence and self-esteem and allow them to relax and enjoy new friendships. Long may your good work continue.....
