THANKS TO AN INSPIRATIONAL COUPLE FOR RUNNING THE NEW YORK MARATHON

Debbie & Gary's challenge pays off!

"We did it! 5 hours 27 minutes which we are delighted with. It was an amazing experience and the t-shirts brought us an incredible amount of support with people shouting our names constantly. The American crowds too were very inspiring, not as reserved as us Brits! We are both a bit achey but very happy."

Joel P. of Devon has cerebral palsy. We first helped Joel in 2006 when he was 9, with conductive educational equipment which was needed to help his independence and strengthening skills at school. We were delighted to help him once again in 2010, this time with a 'Hart Walker' to help Joel walk and achieve the ultimate independence. Both these stories are featured in date order in this section of our website.

Joel's devoted parents Debbie and Gary have been so appreciative of our continued support that they generously offered to raise funds for Lifeline 4 Kids. On 7th November 2010 they ran the New York Marathon and took the opportunity to raise money to thank us for our support.

SO FAR WE HAVE RAISED OVER £2,500 THROUGH THEIR AMAZING CHALLENGE.
