Cots for Tots Appeal at St. Michael's Hospital Bristol...

The Special Neonatal Intensive Care Baby Unit at St Michael's Hospital Bristol is the only unit covering the Bristol, Bath and South West Region equipped and able to care for the sickest and most premature babies throughout the whole area. The "Cots for Tots Appeal " is currently fundraising £1 million for the Unit. Lifeline 4 Kids is proud to have been involved and have purchased two Respiratory Humidifiers which are now in use providing positive airway pressure and breathing for new born infants when they are unable to do so. This amazing Unit is now able to treat around 750 babies every year and the Appeal will assist in the transformation of the provision of care to the next generation and will ensure that the highest quality medical care is available for the forthcoming generations of Bristol and the South West Region and beyond....
